"An Error Has Occurred! You are not allowed to access this section"

As a Moderator on the Hipo and Auto forums I am often asked the same question about not being able to use the PM function with only a few posts to their credit. I don't know the reason why and was shocked when I received a PM from a member with no posts at all.

I have a 450a I've been drag racing @ the 100ft drags.
I am working on a 750a now and would like any tips you can offer.
I've been racing since 1980 to present.
My 750 cases are apart now and  ready for some mods .

I do not sure Facebook but when someone says they saw my Facebook YADADA ... I would probably stay clear of them. STALKERS!!!
