The ams on this bike are 1.75 or 1 3/4 out same thing
To get the washer and O ring out I used a piece of copper wire with a 90 degree bend I used needle nose to get this bend and the bend has to be short enough so that you can fish the washer and O ring out,about a 1/16 on an inch.
When I put them back in I installed the spring washer and then the O ring on the ams screw.The Oring will hold it all together.
Then I turned the carbs in the same way they would sit on the bike and and just screwed in.
