Stator connector ruined

I just bought a 79 cb750(I know it's a dual cam, but I can't find any forums for them) and while taking it apart to rebuild the carbs and things I found the stator plug trashed. As far as I know the stator works perfectly fine so I'm hoping there is a fix. Is the bare plug available or does anyone have a bad stator laying around they could cut the plug off of? I'm trying to avoid buying a new stator if I can help it.

Solder the connections together if you have a soldering iron. Connectors are a weak point.

Oregon motorcycle parts is perfect. Exactly what I needed.

I can solder very well, but I like connectors for things that have to be replaced occasionally.

the admin can be a bit cranky, be sure to read the new members thread first! but the treasure trove of information is unbelievable. you'll find all of the factory service manuals there for download. the carb cleaning and charging system diagnostic how-to's are a lifesaver.
