I need HELP , good deal 81 BMW r65 that i think is a good deal?!?

So i have the chance to get a BMW r65 for $1800 with 70,000 miles on the clock... He says the bike is in great running condition and rides to work everyday. The 70k miles freaks me out but I know that these BMW bikes run for ever.  IS THIS A GOOD DEAL?

dont know if thats a good price ,  but dont worry about 70 thousand miles , my 75  has done 225 thousand and will do allot more yet .
