I got to see, sit on and hear these beasts run last week. I will certainly be keeping an eye on their progress.

Looks pretty cool, but did you see the prices on their site?  30-37k seems a bit steep unless I am missing something significant.

I am all for supporting the US economy and keeping money local but even the BMW sport tourers are in the ball park of 20k...

True, price will be an issue for them. Hopefully, prices will drop as production years go on. Buell is marketing their bikes at $40k for the first year's run. Still, I'll keep my eyes on them.

I have to agree on the price. I remember Hot Rod did an article on them several years ago & the engine uses chevy ls-1 style architecture which basically turned it into a v4 ls1. It has a lot of neat features.

I think I'll buy two.  :o
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

I like the looks of it.
If it is smooth as silk on the hwy and not too heavy handling, maybe ^^^
Where did they hide the spark plugs?

Nope, not a diesel.  But Ducati is doing a monster diesel.

The Duc is not a diesel engine. Just inspired by the Italian Fashion Brand, "Diesel."   :(  I'd actually like to see a diesel production bike. D's have all kinds of torque. :)

Good thing I didn't mention it then otherwise I'd have looked foolish, lol.  That's what I get for not reading the article.

That's way they call it the "Baby Block."

Not the best video, but you get an idea of real world sound. I love the way it sounds on the decel!

I don't like the sound much.  More muffler required for my taste.
But then it's not bad for a diesel.  ;D   (Ya I know it's a joke, I read the article)
When I first looked at it I thought it might be a 2 stroke.  No, it's just not overhead cam.

They had a booth at Barber's last year, I suspect they might again, being from Birmingham.
