It's definitely a buyers market out here. Lots of great deals going unsold..

Yup.  The out of state slumlords are snapping up the cheap ones quickly.  House across the street went for 4,000.  No permit, no inspection, a few cheap repairs, but no working furnace,  already rented out 3 times for 650.00 a month.

saw that bike on CL the other day -- was drooling pretty hard over it.    the D seems to have lots of bikes in really nice shape for sale all the time.  wonder why...

I've bought my last 2 bikes from the metro Detroit area, cl350 from Brighton,and a CB750 with a 836 BB kit. I stole the 750 for 500.00 bucks in late Nov.last year. The dude was broke,and needed money for his kids Christmas. I was happy to oblidge.;)
