First bike, riding with my mouth open in June. Got a June bug right down the throat. Lesson learned, never ride with your mouth open.
Same bike, same year I got hit in the shoulder by a big bird. It almost caused me to dump the bike.
WORST THING EVER: I rode to work on my bike and the battery died at work. I got a jump start and tried to make it home. It was a hot day and I was wearing a full length Oil Skin jacket due to the threat of rain (that never came). I was sweating my cheeks off and quite vividly remember saying to myself "my day could not get any worse" No sooner than I said it a seagull took a HUGE #$%* that hit me right in the face. I was doing about 65 at the time so the #$%* blasted right up my nose and right down my throat. True story. No sooner did that happen, my bike died. So there I was on the side of the highway with a broken bike and a belly full of seagull #$%*. I was wrong, my day could get worse.
