Thats what its become. Scratch-built in 1975 with every possible racing modification available at the time and never ridden. A piece of "art" I recently acquired from an elderly collectors climate controlled living room. There's not a spec of corrosion or wear anywhere. Every part is brand-new from 1975, and the list of hi-perf stuff is mind-boggling.Just trying to pick it up a bit. Next is the CR750 fairing that came w/ it but was never installed. Heck, I don't want to hide that gorgeous motor, but it needs a fairing.  You can't make an omellette w/o breaking a few eggs...

The detail is inspiring. I have little self control. I'd need to ride it. I bought a 7,300 mile bike, it's got 14,000 a year later.  36 years old and 1/2 the miles were in the last year.

That is without doubt one of the best looking 750 Four's I've seen. I know what you mean about covering her up with the fairing! A headlight and a couple of gauges only would have to be tempting! Slug

That is a really trick looking bike. What type of rear shocks are those, are they air controlled or the springs hidden in a shroud. ? Sure we would all like to hear more details on it all. Do you have a build or other thread about it floating around ?   Eric

Frame was purchased new from Honda, modified w/ custom bracketry all unneeded oem brackets shaved, then the bike built totally from scratch around it. Ceriani front-end. Aluminum Yoshimura fuel tank never had gas in it. Black paint is deep as the Pacific ocean, the HONDA logo hand-painted beautifully. Safety-wired on all aircraft-quality fittings. Its endless in the details. Yes, those are Goodyear racing slicks w/ 0 miles on them (they're hard as a rock but holding air. Pretty cool in a crazy way).
Pictures are worth a 1000 words as they say. Click on the them to enlarge the details.

Andy, put a Ducati 750ss  style 3/4 fairing on it. Looks like it will fit the lines of the bike plus you don't have to hide the engine.

I was looking at Randy Hoffman's Ducati SS last week at his Machine Shop in Amagansett and thinking the very same thing. I have a CR750 fairing already and half-envisioning it as a half-fairing. That would be a very brave hack. ::)

Airtech and Glass from the past both sell the 750ss fairing rather inexpensively. would not be that hard to buy one and if you cant make it fit sell it on without too much of a loss if it doesn't.

Seen this in person and the pictures dont do it justice.
I really love the 4-4 pipes on it.  And yeah a fairing would really look good on the bike

Where you ever able to sort the ARD or decide if you wanted to start it?

Found this bike in completely stock condition in Feb. 08. Paid over twice what my new one cost 30 years ago. Am trying to re-create the look of the late 70's Drag Bike styling.More later. 4-2-10 It ain't stock any more and I have no idea what I am trying to create !

+3.  Great bike, shame to never fire it.  It is just begging not to become a trailer queen.
