My name is Todd Richards.
I am new to this forum & was drawn here thinking this would be a great reference for the task of top end gasket & o-ring replacement for my 1982 CB650SC, utilising a SOHC. I love motorcycles, partial to Honda, specifically the nighthawk. I was my thought that this forum would be a great resource to me, & specific to the SOHC/4 of the 1982- 650 nighthawk.
I am in the planning stage to replace the oil seeping gaskets and associated o-rings of the cylinder, cylinder head & valve adjustment covers. I have done similar procedure on my 1984 650 (DOHC) nighthawk, all good!
I would like to read over the project logs for those whom have completed this task and learn from them... unfortunately my skills with the search engine here leaves me blank!?

For starters.. what is the best way (keywords) to get the best results from the search function? Also, where would be the best place to post this task/project? In the projects forum, from the start to finish? Or, in the technical forum first, then move to the project log, once completed.
