ID my tank?
« on: June 15, 2006, 01:10:06 PM »
can you all ID this tank that was off of a 77 750, the tank has a cafe feel to it and the bike had a slip on muffler and straight bars on it. I got the bike for 75 bucks, figured the tank was worth that. The last pic is of the modification of the rear of the tank to fit on the bike(it works well) I might try to fit it to my 550. I also have some 750 parts, xtra tank, fenders, ect if you're interested. can you tell where the tank came from?!

Looks like a CX500 tank with the rear mount changed.
