ummm... not even "make an offer".  I could see using that as a way to drive up offer prices....

"1980 Honda CB650 - you will never see another bike like this in your life.

No this advertisement is not a joke. This bike is very special. "

What a waste of a listing fee...

What is the point in that listing? Not even a picture of the diamond studded rocker cover or the gold plated rims.

I think I recognize that bike. If it is the one I think it is that bike was hand built by Honda's CEO Takeo Fukui.  It was then sent to Bud Ekin's dealership in Cali.  He sold it to Steve McQueen, who successfully raced it in the Baja 500 and Mint 400.  It was also raced by Ewan McGregor in the Paris Dakar.  After this, it was sent to George Barris who restored and customized it to appear in the latest Batman movie.  Chip Foose, OCC, and Big Daddy Don Garlits have all tuned and worked on that bike.  At that Buy It Now price I'm surprised it is still available.

Was it that bike that killed him then? CB born 1980 SMcQ died 1980. :)

I forgot to mention what happens when this bike hits 88 MPH!  Can't you see the flux capacitor in the photos?

I figure the whole thing was machined from a billet block of solid gold. I'd like to have swept the floor when they were done...  ;)

VERY SPECIAL? Won't see another like it? the answer could be close to true because the 650/4 didn't live well and most died from thrown/broken cam chains. He has WAY too many 0s on that add maybe 1,000?

Maybe his wife's making him sell it so this is how he makes her happy but still keeps the bike?

Isn't it usually a good idea to describe why it's so special?

"No this advertisement is not a joke. This bike is very special. "

That's was the point when something that could have been funny turned out into a sad witnessing about how some people like to embarrass themselves....

Or, in another words, a "facepalm" moment....

its not the bike thats 'special'
its better to regret something you have done, than something you havent.Except playing with explosives.
