How does it look? My only issues right now are a little bit of misfiring and subtle bog when I hit the throttle instantly. I suspect its running a little too lean.

+1 on lean...anybody else noticing that these old Honda fours seem to run happiest with a plug reading on the rich side?...i.e. dark brown

No deposits usually mean too lean.  But, as important as the plug deposits is what throttle position and engine load was used to make the deposits.  There are three fuel metering devices in our carbs, which each have a dominating contribution based on the throttle position.

Two Tired's got it as usual, are those the result of a full throttle pass on new plugs with pump gas?...as you can guess accurate plug reading involves a lot of hard to control variables

No. They are just from regular riding after a cool down of about 30 min. I'll do some full throttle passes if I can. My street is pretty short :/
Most of my issues are around 1/16-1/8th throttle position at 2.5k rpm - 4k rpm (misfiring)
And then the throttle lag with a quick twist.
Mains are 110 and pilots 40 with the clip in the middle. Mac exhaust 4-1 with baffle, stock airbox with k&n filter.

I'm running 120 mains with pretty much that same set up.   Where are your air screws at?  Fuel level in the bowl?  My bike was untuneable until I got the fuel level 3mm from the gasket with the clear tube check.  Don't try a full throttle test until you got some tan/brown on those insulators with normal riding, an extended full throttle blast when you are significantly lean could hole a piston...and make sure you got a safe place to do it!...you will be close to 100 before it's time to shut down.
