Just got a sixpack of "Wernesgrüner". It's a German lager, available at Aldi for $6.48 a sixpack. Tastes pretty good. Refreshing. especially after splitting the neighbor's remaining ash tree stumps that he had lying in the front yard for the last 3 months... 8)

ROOT beer at the moment, it's a big 16oz plastic bottle. Probably full of nano plastic particles.
No matter how many times you paint over a shadow, it's still there.

...but goes better with Vanilla Ice Cream than a lager does. :) Let alone apple pie!

... keeping in mind, that those who have the most brass, usually lack the necessary polish... that wouldn't have applied here.
Reminds me of back when I was 11 years old, my dad was sipping gin and Rose's Lime with the fellows one night, and got up early for work the next morning a little fuzzy... now bear in mind, this was back in the day when Colgate toothpaste and Brylcream both came in a red and white tube... :D
I could hear him very well as the taste wasn't quite the same, but his teeth were pretty slick afterwards... hehe.

When I was in grade school I put toothpaste on my hair thinking I had the Brylcream. Mom wanted me to go to school anyway. I washed it first.

That's strange , I was putting vodka in my breakfast juice, kept a nice buzz on til about 11, then it was time to get surly with the other 12 year olds
Strange that I knew enough at that age to be aware that the teachers wouldn't smell vodka on me like they might whisky...
Ah, school days, hated every #$%*ing one of them

Nice digs there, Dave! I am liking the thatch roof on the play area, and the white roof on the home helps keep costs down in summer for sure! I like your friend too, he's an old friend, and a good one, I can tell...
