That's when you either do curbside pickup where you drive up, park in designated spots and they load your groceries in the trunk and never come in contact or you do grocery delivery. Where I live only one company which is a local to neighborhood guy does deliveries out where I live. It is about 10 miles to I10 from my place and over 15-20 minutes away to any grocery stores. Same for food places...
You could probably get a neighbor to drop off groceries for you but if you have covid you likely would be better off drinking hot teas or other drinks that don't dehydrate you while you are sick. Plenty of fluids helps most anytime you are sick.
