How do you attach pictures through PM's?

Just can't seem to figure it out! I'm fine with sending pictures when I start a topic or reply but can't seem to make it work when sending personal messages. I am using a smart phone that does pretty much everything. Not sure if that's a deal breaker or not. Thanks in advance for any help.

Cougars, I have been here from the beginning, but not a single one of my PMs, in or out, has a photo attached.

There is the Mona Lisa button that brings up the bracketed img, presumably used with outside photo storage, which I don't subscribe to.

You might use email addresses.

As far as I know you can't embed pictures in DM's the way you can with forum posts.

To send a pic on a PM, you can copy and paste the BB code from a third party website just the same as on a thread.

I've always been able to add 3rd party hosted images to PMs
Just add them by URL
