I am currently doing a 350f cafe/RC style and have been at it for 6 months. I am at mock up and am waiting for $ to accumulate for the tank and the seat pan (Modified CR 750 tank and bubble ass seat pan), most of the #$%* work is done. So please excuse the nature of my question as it pertains to a CB 350 twin that I decided to also do while I have down time on the 350/4 project. I am not nearly as picky with the twin as I have been with the four and don't plan on spending even close to the amount of $ that I have dropped on the four. I have however painted the frame, the engine...polished and painted other bits, replaced corroded fasteners, ditched the stock headlightears and fork covers...the fork springs are external and they look reminiscent of the very early Honda's (early 60's) awesome RC racers. I also ebayed replacements for cables , points and too gone-to-save chrome bits. I have a damn shop/clymer manual (that makes your decisions slightly more than an educated guess) somewhere, but I cannot find the thing. So I am requesting some important info to facilitate the reassembly. It is a CB 350 mfg. in 71 and sold in 72. It has 105 mains in the carbs that are stock...I know Honda didn't change much, but the jetting changed as the years progressed and I don't know what else might have. I would like valve lash, point gap, fork oil qty., original ngk plug #'s. Also, the o-rings that seal the main and aux jets in their respective homes are gone. Any thoughts on procurring these items while not involving my local stealer...er uh..I mean dealer?! While researching parts for the 350/4...they didn't know they existed (needed a rocker arm..still could get it from Honda for 75$! e- bay real NOS part from Singapore with shipping for 22$!!!!). Thanks for your help in advance and while I am too cheap to buy another manual to answer 4 questions, I am not too lazy...I have been searching and even downloaded an 18 meg manual on line from a link on this site...it was in French however. Thanks in advance and I will have pictures to follow of the four.
