this is interesting thread as I am just crossing the bridge on what to do with the stock 4-1 that is on my 77 cb750F right now . It has no muffler and sounds obnoxious yet powerful with the open straight header . was thinking about just making a slipp in baffle with copper stock tube with end caps I saw somewhere or just buying a slip on . Looks like the cyclex one is 150$ , the cone engineering is about 100$ and just installing a baffle prolly about 30 bux plus time involved.

The Cycle X appears to have some kind of baffle/diffuser built in.
Is it a straight through design?

I'm assuming the Cone Eng. model is totally straight thru with no diffuser??

Anyone know for sure?
