Didn't get a chance to take pics of my plugs today.
What I did discover was one of the wires from my points was loose inside my connections. Fixed that, and she fired right up.
Since I'm trying to figure my jetting, I threw 115s in there and moved my needle clips down one notch. Now she fires on all four beautifully on full choke but dies down when I pull it out. I didn't have enough time to jack with my idle setting or anything else.
Do I move my needles back to their original position or do I need to fiddle with something else?
Great news that you found a wire that could (probably) be blamed for the poor running! Hopefully that was the main issue that started your thread.
As to your jetting question...
I find it impossible to make accurate assessments on mixture changes when changing more than one thing at a time. I'd recommend going back to the previous settings on the needles while trying the larger mains.
You described earlier that the bike ran relatively well at idle and part throttle, or lower speeds. That tells me that the needles were not wildly out of ideal settings. The concern about leanness at full throttle remains, which you are addressing with larger mains.
Once you've got a feel for how each change effects it's metering circuit relative to the rest of them, then you'll be more confident about how to assess the system.
All the best
