« on: July 06, 2012, 05:29:18 AM »
I found this this morning.
Makes it look easy.
Just wish someone would do it with a 750
11 Months, 3000 pictures and a lot of coffee.

Looks like a 70's Triumph Spitfire. I have a 69 and the lines are similar.

Pretty cool.  Saw it just the other day on a different forum.  Looks like the Spitfire is even right-hand drive!

I had a '70 GT6+ back in about '84.  Wouldn't mind having a Spitfire now.

I missed out on a spitfire back in the '80's.  It was orphaned in a hostile divorce, sat behinf a friend's apartment for years.

I showed it to someone else who proceded to procure the car for cheap, and then reconnected the coil wires and drove it off.

I really like mine...It has it's charms though. For example my brake reservoir leaked out over the winter while it was in storage and ruined the drivers side paint. Oh well...just something else to fix.

It's pretty awesome when you get into corners!
