Looks like the one in this Pennzoil ad from 1974:

I see it there. Must be from the early 70's. I am not sure when the pop top lids started. I know when I was working in the DX station we did not have those lids on the normal Pennzoil cans. We had to stick that large oil spout through the top of the lid.
