CBX $5900

1979, about 25K miles, Corbin seat, clip ons & black six/six headers/pipes.  Looks pretty clean.  Opinions on price?

Here's a 1980 for $5800 with 25k miles on sale now on Craigslist:

But if you have that kind of ca$h, I'm buying this one -- sheesh look at the mileage,
just out of break-in at only 5500 miles, it's a red 1979 cbx, only $600 more than your $5900 one and it's a 'Buy it Now' so no auction (eBay):

CBX, like other Honda's, seem to be priced all over the place.

The 79 (X model) is the one to have at the moment however I like the B and C models myself. $5900 for the red one (Glory Red) is pretty sweet IMO.
