New to me CB350
« on: July 05, 2012, 02:37:04 PM »
yeah yeah I know, its not an inline 4 ... but I still felt like sharing.  Seized motor, seized braked.  Let the madness begin!

" Why does anyone get offended by what someone does to their own bike? I dont get it. "

You made me think about it after I cheered knowing someone else would like to know what these control freaks are up to.
Every time any owner strips whatever precious Honda part the horrified purists parts go up in value. That's not the part that bothers them.
What bothers them is they sat up late at night, their breast full of wonder and estrogen, unable to sleep, dreaming about their lovely darling and all her glory... and next thing you know someone else doesn't share their emotional deluge and their reaction is they must spread their mind museum as far as they possibly can, taking over as much of the real world as possible.

Drink fast, drive slow, but ride it like you stole it

I owned and had great fun with a couple of cb350s I owned back in the early 70's. It was so nice to go from a cb450 to the 350, as it felt smaller and lighter, and would still get out of it's own way very nicely! Congrats!

That's a Nice little CB350K4 Warwick,I have the exact same bike.
I give you permission to "pick my brain"(if you can find it ::)) w/ any questions about the repair end of it.I recently moved and I do have many spare parts back in storage when I decide to go get them...

I highly recommend that you upgrade the cam chain tensioner rollers from the original 40 year old rubber to the better quality parts that are available for a great deal on Ebay.I just purchased a set from the man in Poland,he's an excellent professional machinist & he loves the little CB350 twins.
The original rubber rollers will be chipping & fraying lot's of chunks of rubber and that can work it's way all through your oil passage ways & also clog the oil pump screen along w/ many passages.
                                                                      Enjoy !  ;)
75' CB400F/'bunch o' parts' & 81' CB125S modded to a 'CB200S'
I love the small ones too !
Do your BEST...nobody can take that away from you.
