Those phone cameras rotate the image depending how you hold it when you take the pic, I guess? I use a camera.
150 MPH unfaired is a rather lofty goal.

Yes Scottly, very lofty as I have found out, especially in that class. very difficult to get the HP required in std displacement, can't even wait for a big tail wind to help cos they won't allow runs after a certain wind speed

Made up a a bracket to mount the MCyl but had to remount the oil tank inboard to make it all work.
All brackets on the bike are stainless.

The Dyna 2000, at least if a new one, has to be better than the Power Arc. At the reunion, there was a guy that had a PA #$%* the bed for the second time, both times crossing the desert. Luckily, the last time he was forewarned, and had a stock points set-up so he didn't get stranded. Even Power Arc gave up on the optical pick-up design.

Some things are better in theory than application. I don't think the optical system can deal with the bike vibration and heat. They definitely cannot handle crankshaft flex associated with high horsepower/high RPM.

Your the one who needs to come out of retirement and have one last hurrah on the salt.  Don't worry about your health, something is going to get you so best risk going out doing something you love.

Your choices, back on my 750 bike on the salt or I WILL SUPPLY THE TWO ENGINES on your twin engine cb 750 drag bike you have ( or HAD) and you supply the roller chassis etc, if its too scary for you Pete we can find someone as crazy as you used to be,  to ride it.    Both options are

Sounds good Johno ,i'm all good health wise , bones ache a bit ,haven't raced for fair while ..,i worked out there is life after racing,but not much of one....   yes still have double eng bike & the other SOHC  Honda's , haven't had time to do much with em till now, retired from work force , plenty time now to get stuff done , got new project i found recently i'm rebuilding from the 80's (drag bike ),i think you'll know the bike ..... i'll send you a PM , so can get your Email........  cheers pete

A relaxed tour on that in legal speeds with stops where possibly to safely eat and drink  is very relaxing. A place with good views is a clear bonus. For many years ago chicks most important!

Like my last K2 tour with wife ending up with a tasty shrimp sandwich.  She begged for a longer tour when leaving that cafe.

Hi Peewee, because of you Im feeling Hungry for a nice shrimp sandwich and some sunshine to ride, winter here and haven't seen sun for a week.  I bought the K2 new in 1972, was the perfect bike for me, travelled from east coast Sydney to west coast Perth, production raced it, for a bet I entered it in a observed trial ( one stage only & easiest of course , took tank off and had 4 :1 exhaust & crash bars in case I dropped the bike, hit the start of section very fast , full throttle and bounced my way to the finish to win the bet, all that and have never dropped the bike, had some close calls of course. I love this bike so much my wife feels insecure, better than me chasing skirts I always tell her.
I love your sense of humour PeeWee, your an asset to the forum.
