How do you remove them? Tried unscrewing them but no results?

Try inserting a bamboo skewer, and move it a little bit.

He's not guessing. The jets are only held in place by the oring that seals around them (and the leaf spring that attaches on the bottom). Just carefully pull them straight out.

It shouldn't be hard at all. If it is, you may want to consider new o-rings as it sounds like yours have hardened up substantially. They just press in snugly.

As Fred T said, using a bamboo skewer from the throat down is a good way to remove them.
