Rocker arm question.
« on: February 26, 2013, 10:48:36 AM »
Hey Guys,
see the attached photo. I noticed while taking apart the head cover for cleaning (1980 CB650c) the rocker arms all have either a ˚32 or ˚33 cast into them. I have a total of 5 of them that say 32, and 3 that say 33. I have recorded where they all go, but the pattern seems kind of weird. Anybody have any insight on this? Thanks.

Intake:
#1 32
#2 32
#3 33
#4 33

Exhaust:
#1 32
#2 32
#3 32
#4 33

often the dies that are used to produce parts have a number so they can track down any problems?

Thanks Dave, makes sense. I thought it might have something to do with the factory.
