I can sympathize with you. I changed out all my signals for smaller ones with dual filament bulbs. Of course it was during the build. I went to check them & they wouldn't blink. Aftera couple weeks of checking(I only get an hour or two a week to work on it) I found I had 3 problems. A bad flasher. Contacts in the switch weren't clean enough. I had also replaced the stock gauges to a small speedo with only one indicator light for the signals. The stock one has two indicators. Well the singal light was alowing power to back feed to the other signal. So I ended up wiring in diodes for that. Ugh. It does feel good when you finally figure it out though.
