brake piston seal numbers

 The front  brake piston seal needs replaced.  The $200 beat all to hell  franken bike may have different forks/caliper, I am not sure.   '74 750K .

1969-1976 have the same part number for the seal. 
1977 number is different,
1978 is different . 

Anyway, are the piston seals  interchangable? :o :o

OEM caliper piston seal is part #45108-300-003...cost $9 Honda list. Just bought one...

 yup  just ordered one 45108-300-003, that  is thru 1976K.

  but I am uncertain my front forks/caliper are '74
 


If the caliper is a 1977 or 78; then it calls for  45215-533-004.

are they interchangable?  What is the difference?
