Just a technical question: the blurred background has been photoshopped, hasn't it? Otherwise, the hand rail should be in focus, as only the bike is in focus in the picture.

my girlfriend is a graphic designer. so she made some adjustments with photoshop. i cant take credit for the great photo, but i did use a pretty good digital camera.

You are joking right, Heffay? Photos of your bike in a garage or in the front garden will not make the cut for a calander where the theme is scenic shots and "on the road"

Go out and snap some shots on a scenic ride

I'm no photographer, but I always try to have my digital camera with me when I take off on either CB. Just in case I see something that looks like it might make a good pic or you never know might see another sohc4 rider. Don't take much time at it sometimes just leave the bike running snap off a view and take back off down the road. Some pics turn out decent others not so. First part of the year I was out on my 70 KO coming back in on 421N between Asheboro and Greensboro,NC. This is a major and very busy hwy, speed limit is 65. I was coming up on the Randleman Lake Reservoir and it hit me this might make a good picture. So dodging cars and not getting ran over

I did get a couple pictures. I used one of those pic at the start of this thead.

Mooshie- just got back today from Germany so no time to figure out the process - anyway its too early for voting just yet - will take place end of Oct/start of Nov. Patience

Andy, thanks for the kind words. I think I can do better but I dont know how many more chances I'm going to get between now and Nov 1. At first I drove a mile further enjoying the road, then it occurred to me that I passed a photo opportunity, so I turned around and came back for the picture. As it was, I stood in the middle of the road and had to dodge a car or two, or I might have moved in closer to the bike.

Here in Michigan the curves are usually marked with the Grandma speed but as most of the roads are straight it is a welcome opportunity for fun.

Maybe not calendar material, but I kinda like it anyway. About a mile off the road along a faint track up on a hill above Joseph, Oregon back on 7/5 with Lefty/GZ ver. 2 on board.

Nice Greg! I find the 750 is actually pretty good off-road due to its low center of gravity. What tires are you running? The back one looks pretty good...

You are right, they are not bad gravel/dirt road and cow-trailing bikes. Just have to watch the ground clearance. That's a Metzeler ME88 Marathon on the rear. I use Metzeler Lazertecs on the front.
