« on: July 18, 2012, 08:37:31 AM »
I'm trying to put the 4-4 pipes back on my bike, but kickstand in the way.The frame is a 75 550 most of the parts are 74.When i got most of the parts they were in boxes and a cut up frame with the front end.I am almost done but i thought the K models were the same back then.Do i have the pipes on the wrong side?does it matter what side.I will try and get some pics up today

The pipes should only go on one way. The headers you could mess up on the mufflers should only be one way. On the kickstand side the stand went in between the two pipes. Not sure if thats right or wrong but how it went :)

McWilliams570, thanks for the reply!  I went back, looked at it, was surprised I didn't see it.  It's on now.
