Did it happen from over tightening? Just asking.
The brass part (emulsion tube) that goes inside will help hold it together.
What I would do is use gas proof epoxy. I think JB weld is gas proof but not sure.
I would read the package.
I would sand the outside until it is clean shiny aluminum so that any epoxy on the outside is helping to make it stronger. Apply the epoxy carefully with a tooth pick.
Then I would thread in the brass part coated with WD40 (finger tight) so that the threads do not get jammed with epoxy.
That piece that is cracked establishes the depth of the emulsion tube.
Make sure to spray those other jet threaded holes with some WD40 too.
