I have a new OEM style master cylinder. It works best with the lever that came with it vs. my stock lever. However the lever that came with it doesn't match my stock clutch lever. After much research I determined that the manufacturer of the master cylinder used a Bikemaster lever. Bikemaster makes a corresponding clutch lever. I got one off ebay and now my levers match. I figured I'd post in case anyone else was annoyed by this.

The master cylinders are good. They're sold by DSS, Carpy, some ebay sellers, etc.

Bikemaster part numbers:
Brake lever - 07-0405
Clutch lever - 07-1128

I just picked one up for my 78 CB400T II on http://www.cmsnl.com/. Looks like my original was replaced with a 79 MC for the same bike. By the time I bought the repaid kit to fix it, it seemed more reasonable to just replace it with this cool looking MC. They say it's basically an exact match for what was originally on the bike.

Is this Master Cylinder Ok? Still working....?
It cost not so much more than a repair kit for the old sun burned Honda original MC.
I found it close to me in Europe
