Does anyone know where to get them and how much a full set should cost?

I don't know what bike you have but David Silver Spares in England carries engine bearings for at least some SOHCs.

Honda from Dave Silver and damned expensive £5 ($8ish) per HALF shell, 4 x ends plus 5 x mains =9 but times 2 = 18 =£90 ($144ish)
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

I got NOS crank bearings for my CB400 on ebay for 50.00

Had to go to the dealer for the big end bearings, and they were expensive, $160 sounds right.
