Not exactly.

Exhaust is not stock.
Grab bar not stock.
Tail light not stock .
Turn signal covers are white. they did not have those back then.
Rearview mirrors are not stock.

What else??? LOl...lol..

So funny. I have not seen your bike in BOTM. Actually, I have never seen it. Besides, grab bar is stock.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

This is old pic but I have to ask for help to get it on the sidestand.  It throws my back out when I do it on my own.

Don't you mean CENTER STAND????

This was covered already. Are you usually this late. Oh wait, you reply to 5 year old threads like the OP started the thread yesterday. Pffft

Really?
Very nice looking bike. What shocks and taillight are those.
VTC

Thanks VTC. The shocks are the typical shorty shocks and the tail light is one of those Lucas style tail lights you can find on eBay.

I am on my phone and even through Safari it gives a wacko link. I was able to copy the item number as an example. It ran me about $35 but this one is a tad more.

Item #:   330768421866
Item #:   330762449500

There are two kinds I think. One has a little chrome shield (?) thing on top and the other does not.

You can always throw down a chunk of 2x4, roll the rear wheel up onto it, and then put down the CS. ;)

Tews19   "Can we get a pic of your bike northstar?"

OK here ya go.  This picture was actually taken by the PO just before I bought it.
PO said it ran great, but after it was shipped to me I found out it ran like crap.
Turns out it had a after market high lift cam.  Two of the intake valves has hit
the piston tops from over revving.  The valve lash had been set wrong resulting
in mushroomed exhaust valve stems.  So two bent intake valves, mushroomed
exhaust valves, a broken valve spring and a leaking block gasket.  The only good
thing was when the PO put in the after market cam, he also added a K0 factory
ported head and K0 spark advancer.  I decided to have the whole engine gone
through, so I sent it to Hondaman.  He built me an 836.  The AM cam was replaced
with K1 stock cam.  I got the engine back from Hondaman weeks ago, but haven't
had time to get it back together yet.  Hope to get started on it soon.

Looks like a great stocker.

Regarding the CS, I remember that my MC instructor said that most factory bikes are easy to lift on the stand. And he said that it is as easy to disturb the weight balance by modifying the suspension so that it really becomes difficult.

So it might have to do something with your shocks.
