Finally picked one up. Will report back once I get my front end back together and hook it up. Anyone have experience with it?

Nice unit. I put one on a 400f with a z1000 front end swap. It was easy enough although they supply way too much wire with the sensors. The speedo sensor magnet will hold itself in place inside a brake rotor hole but it won't stay put on the side of the rotor once the rotor gets hot and the magnetic force decreases.

The readout was easy to read.

Thanks for the input camel!

One question though, I just went through all the settings, and wasn't able to edit the odometer. Is there an option to, or will I just have to set the wheel size to 9999 and pass the magnets near each other?

I don't remember setting wheel size. Just to clarify, you'll probable want the magnet in a hole not inside the actual rotor. If you do put the magnet in the rotor, then apply some epoxy. I was able to put the magnet inside a hollow pin that secured the rotor to the wheel hub.

My buddy put one on an early 90's cr500 that was driven on the street. He liked it a a lot. I believe it gives you water temp as well. Maybe you can port that into the oil and use it for oil temp?

You can download the instructions from the trailtech website. It'll show you how everything hooks up.

The RPM cable is wire with bare copper at the end that you wrap around the spark plug wire.
The speedo is two magnets.
The air cooled temperature uses a ring terminal connected to a wire to replace the crush washer on a spark plug.

It looks fairly easy to set up, I just haven't had the time yet.
