Emgo pod part number for a cb500?
« on: July 26, 2012, 09:13:13 PM »
I have spent a few hours looking at all the pod debates and not looking to ignite another discussion about pods vs stock air filters  :P

But wantedd to know if anyone knew the part # for emgo pod filters that would fit on my cb500. From what I gather the overall length is 2 1/2 inches long...

Thank you so much for any input

Save your money and buy K&N's, emgo are total crap.

If You can't fix it with a hammer, You've got an electrical problem.

When I first put my 550 together I used Emgo part# 12-55735 pods. They were short enough to clear the frame tube that runs behind the #1 and 4 carbs. I agree with RR and in my case I eventually switched to the factory air box.
