Don't be too fussed men, if you've looked after yourselves reasonably well, you'll be good for another 20-30 years. My mother is 92, still going strong , still living at home, just finished a university degree last year (oldest graduate of Melbourne University) still cooking for herself, and just has the local council organise gardening/mowing etc.
She was nominated for "Senior Australian of the year" and made the top 4 Victorian finalists, but was beaten by a Vietnamese woman who started an "Australian/Vietnamese friendly society". (in other words, a government funded building for old Vietnamese folks to play cards in) No biggie, Ma was still interviewed for the British Broadcasting Commission's (BBC) "The world's 100 most influential women of 2020". The Vietnamese lady didn't get a look in.
