I laughed me guts out this arvo.  ;D

My youngest daughter who is in Grade 5 has been saying of late that its cool to have Tik Taks (those little minty lolly things) at school.
That's no worries.

Anyway, apparently there is this mongrol bully kid who's been threatening some of the kids if they don't hand over the Tik Taks to him.
One of the lads in particular (Dougie) who's a bit skinny and wears glasses has been a target of this bully boy.

Well Dougie had a gutfull of being picked on, so this morning as usual, Mr Bully Boy took Dougies Tik Tacks and swallowed a big handful of 'em to find out that young Dougie had filled the Tik Tack container with Geckos eggs.  ;D
How perfect is that.  ;D

So it was good to hear that the rest of the kids stood behind Dougie and told Mr Bully Boy that if he wants to take Dougie on, you take us all on.

Well Mr Bully Boy fcuked off with a mouthfull of Gecko eggs and feeling pissed off.  ;D
If I was you
I'd be worried about me.

I remember at High School that one of the lads who I went through Primary School with, turned into a kunt and started on the young fellas who I was training at footy.

Well the oval at the the local Scout Hall was the meeting place for a dust up after school, which usually ended up in a head lock until they gave in with the eye balls popping out.

This fella stole my orange at High School one day and so I fronted him up.
Well he grabbed me by the tie and started choking me.
After some very brief negotiating,  the idiot started tighteneng his hold with both hands so he got driven in the eye.

Long story short, he ended up at the Hospital for stitches and we both got expelled for 3 days.
You fcuken beauty.  ;D

Until the ol' man found out and I got a kick in the arse.  ;D
It was worth it.  ;D

Elongated side stand pivot bolt holes on 750 Hondas piss me off.  ;D
Whoever the fcuk designed that setup needs a wooly dog up 'em.
Fair Dinkum, that's a fcuken root of a set up.

I reckon that I've spent close on 3 Hours of perfectly precious drinking time today overcoming the drawback of some over engineered supposedley qualified designer.
Fcuk me dead.

I dunno if the setup can be made bullet proof but it's gonna be better than what is originally was with a rebush and thrust washer.

Fcukers that can't design side stand pivots that don't go egg shaped piss me off.  ;D

I know what you're saying Mick, I lopped this atrocity off the K2 frame before I had it powdercoated, it looks like a PO managed to break the original mount and "welded" this "fix" into place. It probably worked OK, but was horrible to look at:

Sadly I had to lop one off a rusty K6 frame to fix it, but after a little smoothing and some powdercoating it looks great. The hole is still a little ovalled, but I think they were a sloppy fit from the factory on purpose? (or at least, I've never seen a real close fitting one on the 20-odd CB750's I've owned) Cheers, Terry. ;D

I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

An old rusted out frame has been a donor for this one that I've been resurrecting mate.
At some stage, someone had cut off the centre stand pivot mounting brackets on this good frame so I was able to cut them off of the rusted frame and reweld them to the good one.

By about 4 o'clock yesterday arvo, a bloke was tounging for a few coldies, so the missus called into the bottle shop on the way home from work and grabbed an icy cold carton of Coronas for me.
It was just what the doctor ordered.  ;D
Well, 4 of them disappeared down my neck in no time flat and I was feeling quite relaxed.

But this fcuking side stand pivot elongated hole thing was still pissing me off and I couldn't stop thinking about it.
So I grabbed another Corona and put the engineers hat on.
Coronas do that to ya if you have enough of 'em.  ;D

What I did was to run a 9/16" drill bit through the elongated hole which was just enough to clean it up and make it round again.
Round enough for Corona eyes and good enough for the bush.

Then I turned up a sleeve in the lathe out of a bit of scrap round bar that was laying around and fixed the wobbly side stand business up.
I'll either Devcon this one in which is a knock in fit or make another one slightly larger on the OD and drop it into the Dewars bottle with liquid nitrogen and shrink fit it.

The sleeve should last a while I think, but if it doesn't, there'll be some other material available that will handle it better.
Wobbly Side Stands piss me off.  ;D

Looks good Mick, and you probably wouldn't need to glue it in? I've got a feeling that Honda made 'em sloppy on purpose, to help the stand to fold back if some tool rode off with the stand down, only to remember when he did his first left turn?

From memory, the sidestand on my shiney new CB750F was a bit sloppy off the showroom floor? Of course they got much sloppier with age lack of lube, (although most I've seen were automatically lubricated by leaking alternator covers, chain grease, etc) and more tools standing on the pegs while they kick started their bikes. Cheers, Terry. ;D

I've been there and done that with the side stand left down.
That was 1975 which ended up with a comminuted fracture on my right elbow.
A couple of stainless steel pins and a bone graft from the left hip to stick it all back together.
The ol' boss was pissed off because it happened during the lunch break which meant workers comp for 9 months.
The insurance company decided that they were wiser than the Orthopedic Surgeon and demanded that I return to work early.

Anyway, my elbow gave way at work when I was pulling the heads from a 308 which ended up back in Hossie for another round of surgery.
Well I got a lawyer and took the pricks to court and nailed 'em for 5K.
That was a lot of piss money back in those days.  ;D

With the pivot bush, I reckon that I'll get a 5/8" stainless bolt and make a bush from that which should stop it from fartin' in church.  ;D

Fcuking Bundy Rum, I don't drink it anymore either Mick, I drank the schidt when I lived in Brisbane but I went to a mate's wedding and disgraced myself.

My mate and his missus had both been previously married, so had no dough. The wedding was at the chapel at Enoggerra Barracks, and the reception was at the Strathpine Bowls Club. When we got there (me and my missus, and Heather, my hot assistant) the deal was that there was a jug of piss and 2 bottles of champers on each table, then after that, you had to pay for your own piss.

My missus doesn't drink, so Heather and I woofed it all down, then hooked into the Bundy. By the time we got chucked out, I'd drunk at least a bottle of that muck, plus all the other beer and champers that Heather was nicking off the other tables and feeding me. The missus drove me home, and for some reason, she was in a snakey mood?

Anyway, we got home and I immediately abused the babysitter (one of the missus' best friends) who called me a pig and stormed out. Having done my job, I wandered off to bed, and immediately got the bed spins. By now I'm naked, so I stagger out onto the ramp that went down to our backyard (Highset house) and spew all over the garden, then zonk out.

I wake up awhile later, (11am) my fcuking neighbour is mowing his lawn and it feels like he's mowing my brain, my two boys (4 and 5) are playing with their little girlfriend Lauren, and I'm laying there naked as a jailbird. I stagger back inside, bid "Good Morning" to the missus, but she's still not talking to me? I guess someone must have upset her last night, some of my Army mates are a bit uncouth............

I had a shower, put some daks on, made myself an egg sandwich, and took a bike mag into the crapper. Lucky for me it was a new mag, because I spent the rest of the arvo in there, every time I went to stand up, I had to sit down again. Nowadays I only have to smell that stuff and I feel sick, which really pisses me off........... ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

From the font of knowledge :

"Bundaberg Rum has been labelled the drink for yobbos, after some bars reported that "bundy drinkers are a lot louder, and more disruptive than other patrons." In 2005, four bars in Brisbane banned the rum products, claiming it makes drinkers aggressive and attracts the wrong crowd. "They will abuse bar staff, half a dozen a night, normally gangs of blokes, the marketing is directed at yobbos," one bar owner told The Age newspaper. The Bundaberg Rum Distillery admitted it was aware its brand had a reputation of being associated with aggression, and said it may change its advertising to dispel its "yobbo" image."

My education has been advanced further.

Bundy Rum is the bloody devils drink without a doubt.
I drank the stuff for years and always won the "Who's a#$%* and why am I award" for a long period of time.

It was a stellar career which had plenty of good times, but there was always a lot of collateral damage on the way through.

That Cane Juice just makes you redline all night and the trouble with it is that it becomes a dependency even though you're as crook as 10 men in the morning.

So one morning, I woke up and said to myself - No way, Get fcuked, Fucuk off.
I poured every drop of piss out on the back lawn and never looked back.

What pissed me off was that I think of another way to annoy everyone.  ;D

The French equivalent is probably Absinthe. It was banned for many years, but is available again. Strength can be up to 74% ABV.

Ernest Hemingway invented an Absinthe based cocktail called "Death in the Afternoon" so you get some idea of it's potency.

I ca't touch spirits, not even Irish whiskey. What kind of Irishman am I ?

Kev, I think that the best approach would be to come and visit Uncle Mick in Darwin and that way, we can jump a few hurdles together.  ;D

Mick, that sounds like having all the hallmarks of Terry's "Lost Weekend". Don't know if I could manage it, but . . . perhaps it's worth a try.

Never been arrested yet, and it's getting late in the day, so I better hurry up if I am to have that badge of honour.
