Bail, either that bike is at a wrecking yard or the guy posting it works at one. For them, that IS how to get things done.
Many years ago, I needed a right front fender for a rare car that I had loaned to a very good friend and he crashed it on some ice.
I found a complete car in a Maryland wrecking yard that was in much better condition overall than my car in the back lot.
I asked for the fender and a worker jumped on a forklift (forktruck) motored back there and to my shock/horror proceeded to stab through
the windows shattering them and picked up the entire car destroying the door, side panels roof, windshield, etc. just to get it over
near the shop for another gentleman to remove the front fender! He destroyed SO MANY PERFECT PARTS just to sell me one stinking fender!
THAT, pissed me off!!! (What if I, or anyone else, could have used those other parts that were now destroyed???!)
