our account customers are hip,,but we have the casuals who dont know #$%*,,every customer is told over the phone when they book a bin not to over load it,,the edge is the top of the bin!we remind the customer as they sign the docket,this photo is lame but still an example of lazy pricks,,i removed this cardboard box and placed it neatly on the ground,,ive been doing this for over ten years and seen some dumb stuff!like giant un squashed cardboard boxes from big tvs etc,,once as i was taking off some overburden a guy comes out of the house and asks what the #$%* am i doing?i politley tell him how its over the parameters off saftey and the police are really hounding us on this sort of thing,,he says then why dont you just squash it down and make it fit?to which i use my standard reply of then ill be doing someone elses job,im ringing your boss!!ok see you later,we always take a photo if we smell a rat,,even if not,,my boss has has told me how people have rung him and complained and he says well im looking at a photo right now and your bin was over loaded,,i hate dicks who want six metres out of a four metre bin,and expect me to cart it safley,,thats what i hate,it pisses me off.
that box is an insult,flatten the thing you lazy #$%*!just toss it on top for me to deal with?ive only had one stand up argument with a customer,,just because youve balanced it on the bin dosent mean its going with me!
