I am pissed, confused, disappointed, but oddly amused, by the maroons around me who have immediately gone into "he cheated" rhetoric.

Read a book, watch PBS, clean your toilets.  Or better yet go here, http://skepticsannotatedbible.com/index.htm, and learn something about your beliefs...

The heads of two departments where I work were so upset they could not get their conspiracy theory riddled brains to do any work yesterday just wandering around whining.   F'n weird.

I'm pissed off that I've no idea what you're talking about Mark. I am happy that the little black rooster won the game though and I believe the foxes are shatting themselves, now they realise that the chickens are running the henhouse, and the foxes are now in the minority!  ;)

I now what you mean.  In the last few weeks I was working on a week long gig for my old company building video conferencing systems and had to listen to Rush, Sean, and Glen the whole week cause that's what the head guy liked.  I just sat there absorbing it all and it was clear they are all in a bubble and don't understand math.  Then a few days later I was working on some home repairs for a neighbor and I had the pleasure of listening to the Fox cable news crew as the tube was on all day.   I felt I had been transported into an alternate universe.  No wonder they are all confused and angry........you wake up in the morning with the taste of bullsh!t sandwich in your mouth and realize you have been lied to.  All you had to do was follow statistician Nate Silver's 538 Blog.....had it pegged from day one and was right on all the way through to the end.... it was just simple arithmetic and was never in doubt.   Not pissed off though cause I never took a bite of that sandwich......just LMAO.

I'm pissed off that I work up this morning intending to replace my fork seals and it's now 7pm, and I haven't changed them yet.

I did take my front wheel off, then took it over to the bike shop to get the tire swapped from one rim to the other, then replaced the discs, reinstalled the wheel in the forks, dumped some cooling system flush stuff in the radiator, took it for a ride for 30 minutes, brought it home, dumped the coolant (which still looked great after 14 years, amazing!) refilled the system with new coolant, (in a fetching shade of orange) dumped the oil (horribly black and manky, ooooher......) and filter, removed the clutch cover, polished it on my buffer, re-routed and lubed the clutch cable, cleaned the oil filter canister, installed the new oil filter, filled it with Castrol GTX (because I already had some in my garage) installed a new air filter, installed new spark plugs, removed the carbs, stripped and cleaned them, reinstalled the carbs, reinstalled the tank and seat, installed my new mirrors, removed the horrible foam hand grips and replaced them with new Honda grips, then fell over with exhaustion. Good thing is, I fired it up and it's running really well, and no leaks!

I'm still pissed off that I haven't replaced my fork seals though, hopefully the weather will be nice again tomorrow, and I'll get them done, hook up the other front caliper, bleed the brakes, and go for a fcuking ride! ;D

I'm pissed off too that I didn't take a bike out today, but did take out my new car, ss ute. I'll take the 1100 out tomorrow and make up for it.

Well it's new to me....05 vz mate, and with the options it had from the factory would have been about $45k when new.......7 years ago! It has serious grunt and I love it. 6sp manual.
Not a millionaire mate, hardly even a thousandaire, but fk it, you can't take it with you. It'd really piss me off if I died with money in the bank haha.

Well that's Ok then Pete. You get a lot of bang for your buck with those SS utes, a mate of mine's old mum gave him some money to buy one last year, and he shopped around and bought one from a dealer in Traralgon, it was 8 grand cheaper than the dealer in Sale, and a wicked bit of gear. I wouldn't like his fuel bill though.

I just picked up my new work truck last Friday, a Ford Ranger with a pissy little 2.2 litre turbo diesel engine. Surprisingly, it goes really well, and the best thing (for me) is that it has a range of very close to 1000 Km to a tank of diesel. No idea what the tank size is, but anyway, I don't care, because I don't pay for the fuel. It sure looks like a big American pick up truck though, I might have to buy me a cowboy hat! ;D
