Sorry Mick, I know you're doing your best to defend the indefensible, but could you possibly consider a paragraph or two when you post a rambling rant like that again?

Here's a classic pic, of Victoria's worst premier, with Australia's worst Prime Minister dancing to her tune........... ;D

That's a ripper photo mate.  ;D

I heard on the news this morn that Albos put the gloves on.
If I was you

Ha ha, I love that pic too Mick, I nearly threw up in my mouth when I saw Joan Kirner wearing a leather jacket singing a Joan Jett song, but I didn't know who Juliar was back then. If you liked that pic, you'll love this clip! ;D

I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Ha ha, at their ages (the Stones' combined age is around 280 now I think?) I don't know if they could still get a woody Mick, but they wouldn't watching that lot! This one popped up and made me laugh too. ;D

Well look men, you've all got good points, Pete, yes, do have a skinny butt, (not that I've looked...........) Mick, Julie Bishop might not appeal to you in the same way you fell about for Juliar Gillard in 2010, and Dave, what can I say, I love a good storm too.

Seriously, I don't know how the Coalition is gonna get us out of the hole that Labor dug for us all, for fcuks sake, those incompetent fools blew 300 billion dollars in just 6 years,  that they borrowed from fcuking China, and the interest bill alone is 7 billion dollars a year! (and that's at todays interest rates, can you imagine how much it'll be if the interest rates ever go back up to 17%?)

So yes, they'll have to cut all sorts of services to put the budget back into the black, but they won't do that by just putting the razor thru the public service like Gillard did earlier this year. Tony Abbott has promised to stop the boats, and as unlikely as that sounds, it costs around $100K per illegal immigrant, so for every 10 that he pisses off, he's saved us a million bucks.

He's also said that he wants to be an infrastructure Prime Minister, so he's taking a leaf out of Franklin D. Roosevelt's book by keeping people in work with the flow on from large infrastructure projects. By getting rid of the Carbon Tax and the Mining Tax big business will feel more confidant to invest, which once again, will mean more jobs. (and yes, you and I will probably see no reduction in power bills, but that's to be expected, once the power companies get used to spending our money that Labor "Gifted" to them, they won't want to give it back)

Anyway, we'll see. If the coalition doesn't do a better job than Labor, I'll root Julie Bishop. Of course, I wouldn't crawl over Julie to get to any of you "Dreamboats"............. ;D

Well what they usually do is borrow the money and then let inflation go nuts so the debt becomes relatively less.  So if you got any money spend it now instead of letting it safely draw half a percent in the bank.

Ha ha, nah, I'm ok mate, I don't have any money, so no problems there............. ;D

I'm pissed off that my mate Steve, who bought my Suzuki GS1000 last year finally turned up today and took it away? Bugger, I was hoping he'd forget about it and let me keep it? Now I have to find something else to fill the hole in the garage? Buying a new (to me) bike pisses me off! (actually, that's bull#$%*, I love buying new bikes!)

I gave up smoking in March last year, and haven't had a cigarette since. I have a weakness for "Rollies" especially, so when Steve pulled out a packet of tobacco I couldn't help myself.

Geez it was good, I rolled a "Cigar" (using as much of Steve's tobacco as I could get in it) so it lasted probably 15 minutes, wow, 15 minutes of heaven, I managed to drink two stubbies of Corona while I smoked it. Giving up smoking pisses me off too........... ;D

I love smoking mate.  ;D
A blokes gotta have at least 1 vice, besides a few coldies of course.  ;D
What I love about cigarettes is first thing in the morning when you have a cup of coffee at 5am and a few smokes, then go and clean your teeth and your eyeballs start bouncing off of the tap handles from coughing.  ;D
You can't beat that.  ;D
I do like 'em but the cost of a packet pisses me off.  ;D

Well today I started to fill up the pool after a marathon repair and maintenance job.
Pools piss me off because you married to the bloody things which is time and money.

Reckon that it'll be about a 24 Hr fill for 50K litres. (Est)
I took a photo of the water meter before I switched the tap on, so we'll see how close the estimation to fill it is.

I know that I'm gunna be pissed off when the fcuking water bill comes in.  ;D

The Water meters valve bouncing already.  ;D

That's a beautiful pool mate, it pisses me off that I can't come up and sit in your pool and drink some piss and bum one of your smokes?

Oh well, with my luck a big Salty'd be wandering past with his best mate Trevor the Taipan around lunchtime, so probably a good idea that I'm not there....... ;D

I'm pissed off that we have a rock'n'roll festival here in town today and it's fkn raining, and I'm supposed to be putting my car ('69 Mini Cooper S) in as part of the display. It doesn't normally get wet, so now I don't know what to do.
Weather pisses me off. ::)

BUT, I'm NOT pissed off that tomorrow I am giving notice at the hell hole where I work, cos I have scored myself a new job and start on the 30th. It has taken several months to find a job I want to do and actually score one, although I had got close to a couple of others. I have not worked in this new (to me) industry before, so to score the job from over 100 other applicants is a bit cool. Obviously I sucked the right......oh wait.....I must have impressed them, haha. ???

The new gig is with a very high profile insurer of classic cars and bikes here in the land of Oz. Should help with sponsorship of the events I organise, haha.
Really looking forward to the new challenge, and being able to give the bird to the pricks who have made me miserable over the last few months.
Cheers.

A new job is like a new lease on life I reckon.

New people, new environment, new challenges.
Flippin them the bird might be a bit subtle after the sh1t that they've given you.
I'd be giving the fcukers a Brown Eye.  ;D

Well done Pete, let me know if you can do me a deal on a multi-vehicle policy? Insurance policies piss me off, I can only ride one bike at a time, so why the fcuk can't I have just one policy with all four running bikes listed? (the Suzy went home with it's new owner yesterday) I can only ride one at a time? And please don't mention your brown eye again, I haven't had breakfast yet........ ;D

Be careful getting that Mini wet too Pete, those little buggers are the worst rust buckets I've ever had anything to do with.

When I used to paint cars I had an Army mate drop off a Mini with the instructions to cut the rust out. I rang him back a week later and asked him where he'd like me to deliver the seats and windscreen........... ;D

(and that's at todays interest rates, can you imagine how much it'll be if the interest rates ever go back up to 17%?)

You read too many newspapers Terry, the rest of the world thinks Abbott is a complete idiot for bagging our economy for 6 years, yes, you tell enough lies people will believe you { i think Hitler said the same thing }. My son just got home from 6 months in the UK playing cricket, he said the papers there are calling Abbott a complete fool for talking down our economy, it is one of the best in the world, our debt levels are SMALL and easily manageable, on a per capita basis our debt is the equivalent of about a $40 dollar a week mortgage, I personally would kill for that. Yes the Labor party #$%*ed a few things up and thats all thats been focused on because the press here is basically owned by one guy that has a massive interest in getting Abbott and Co in power so the NBN will be less competition for his TV interests, the papers i read leading up to the election were absolutely fcuking ridiculous and embarrassing at the same time. We would have had a deep recession without money being spent, a lot of smarter people world wide know that and other countries, after trying austerity turned to stimulus successfully to turn their downturn around, Japan and the US are both good examples. We have it too good compared to most and now are getting greedy. demanding and complacent  and are believing all the bull#$%* that is shoved down our throats, well some of us don't. I see NSW is losing the IRC at the moment, look at what Newman is doing in Queensland...   Deficits and surpluses are necessary, as common as arseholes and all part of the way all world economies work, our debt is definitely a big number but a small debt all the same and easily managed regardless what anyone thinks...  What blows me away is just how gullible Aussies have become......  All hail Abbott, we'll all find out the hard way.....It is good to finally see a Liberal government talking infrastructure but at the same time they want to sell millions of hectares of OUR country to Indonesia, the WA government just sold our biggest wheat farms to China, If your wonderful Liberal fools are in long enough we'll have to learn another language....  Yes i'm real happy we have a religious zealot that "would sell his arse to become PM" shows where his priorities are.... You may have noticed I hate the slimy prick, we now have our very own George W.     Unfortunately we are in a massive political void at the moment, lets hope someone with half a brain enters politics soon or we are all going to be in deep sh1t.......
I'm with you RR. As a self funded retiree I was looking to see what either side was going to do to benefit those in my. situ - almost nothing except Abbots' funding of paid maternity leave was going to come out of my investment/super income.
Oh and BTW wasn't it Rudd that gave the old age pensioners a decent rise, they'd have never got one from this present mob.

Yeah Krusty, your hero's Kevin and Juliar also put up the age for the age pension from 65 to 67 (for me) and later again for people born after me.

When I started working full time in 1975 I knew that I'd have to work and pay tax for 50 years until I was 65, but now, thanks to your hero's, it'll be 67, unless they get back in again and run us out of money again, and then it might be 70, or 75, or who knows when?  It doesn't matter how many increases pensioners get under Labor if there are no bloody pensioners. Marvellous.........

They also removed the "Dependant Spouse" tax entitlement so I can't claim for my wife any longer, so not only does she not bring any extra income into the house, I have to pay an extra $4K per year in tax so she can stay home. Thanks Kevin and Juliar, you're the best!

Paid maternity leave (which will be paid by the employer, not the tax payer, by the way) for professional people is an excellent idea. Before, the only people interested in the baby bonus were 16 year old girls who used the money to buy a new 42 inch TV, a case of Jimmie and a carton of fags, and bred a nation of unemployable Bogans.

I'd rather have a nation of achievers, so we don't have to import or future professionals. The baby bonus (a coalition initiative) was a good idea, that was exploited by scumbags and migrants. And that pisses me off. ;D

Ha ha, well you seemed a bit #$%*ty with Abbott, but only because you didn't understand what you were talking about regards the source of funding for the paid maternity leave.

I hope I've made that clear for you now, and if you've got any more political questions, let me know. Cheers, Terry. ;D

I'm pissed off with myself just now. I bought a tool called a "Mighty Vac" a few years ago, which has multiple uses, but I bought it for bleeding the brakes on my old BMW K1100LT when I installed braided steel lines.

Being the brain surgeon that I am, I never read the instructions on how to set it up, or how to use it, so I had a pretty crappy experience with it. I haven't used it since.

Today I had to "flush" the old brake fluid from my beautiful Subaru and replace it with nice new stuff. This time I read the instructions and set it up properly, and wow, what a piece of cake! I did all four calipers with no drips, no leaks, no air in the lines, and I only used around 400 ml of brake fluid to do the whole car.

I think I better flush the brakes on the Cafe Racer next weekend, there's really no need, but I just like playing with this toy............. ;D

Well, she's a goer.  ;D

24Hrs and close on 60,000 litres of water later.
I think that it's probably a bit under 60k.
Minus a few showers, washing loads and turd flushes.  ;D

That's bloody hard, hot work and be fcuked if I'll ever be a pool builder.
Anyway, I've dumped 200kgs of salt into the lad and later through the week I'll do a water test and see how it's sailing along.

Just have to get my floating arm chair and esky out and be a lazy prick for a while.  ;D

That looks bloody fantastic Mick, well done! 200 Kg of salt sounds like a lot, but I don't know anything about pools, apart from the fact that their owners get really annoyed when I wee in 'em......... ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)

I reckon that she'll need another 40/50 kgs of salt in her mate.
When its all dissolved I'll be able to get a bit better idea from the meter reading on the chlorinator.

Salt pools are the only way to go.
Mixing up chlorine pisses me off.  ;D
And it fcuks your Levis when it gets splashed on 'em.

I had a look on the NT Power/Water web site and it costs about a buck 75 for a Kilolitre of water.
So there's about 105 bucks worth of water there.
I drank more than 105 bucks of piss doing this.  ;D
If I was you
I'd be worried about me.
