The washing machine just shiit itself. So this month I've had to buy 2 new TV's and now a fcuking new washing machine. I think I'll just sit in the dark with all the appliances off for awhile, this is getting ridiculous............. ;D

Ha ha, Harvey Norman hate me Kev, because I didn't give 'em back that beaut smart TV they gave me by mistake.

I bought the new TV for the wife at "The Good Guys", and I like their after-sales service, when the brand new TV blew up 3 minutes into it's comfortable new existance at "Chez Terry" they didn't fcuk around, they delivered a new TV to me straight away, no questions asked. I think I'll be paying them another visit this weekend.......... ;D

i got the same washing machine online delivered and the old one taken away for 80 bucks less than harvey sells them for,then they would add delivery and not be interested in removing your old one anyway,i hope the guys didnt plug it in and try and fix it,i stripped the motor and all the wire i could out of it,they wouldve gotten pissed off?have a look here and compare the prices,these include delivery/installation and removal of your old unit.

Terry when you go to buy a new washing machine don't get a whirlpool.  We have one of their front loaders and at 3 months old it had crapped its dacks twice.  Then by 6 months old it was completely dead, they didn't want to replace it, they wanted for us to wait 10 weeks for a new circuit board after it had taken them 3 weeks of me ringing every day to finally get someone to come out and look at it.  I told them they could get #$%*ed, and told them I would refer the matter to both my solicitor and fair trading.  They agreed to replace it but after another 3 weeks of dicking around we still had no washing machine.  I eventually rang fair trading and funnily enough we had a new washing machine 2 days later ;D.

Thanks guys, I went to The Good Guys this morning and bought this Samsung 6.5 Kg top loader for $529.00.

Being how I fcuking hate dicking around with washing machines, I also bought the 3 year extended replacement warranty, which means that if it fcuks up between now and 2019, I ring them up and they deliver a new machine.

If it doesn't fcuk up between now and 2019 I'll make sure it does a month or so before the warranty expires..............

I've got 2 other washing machines here, a Maytag and a Whirlpool, both cost me well over 1000 bucks each because they're American built "Heavy Duty" machines, and they're both shiit. The Maytag's better than the Whirlpool, but only marginally. I had Simpson machines before them, and they were shiit too. I fcuking hate washing machines. 

That youtube vid reminded me of what the Whirlpool was doing last night, the fcuking thing was dancing across the laundry floor to a tune that only it could hear, and it sounded like the missus was washing her favorite cannon balls.

I'm gonna put those POS' out on the footpath on Monday morning and get my local council to cart them away to recycle into something that actually works............ ;D

I remember when I was a kid the washing machine my parents had was giving my dad all kinds of grief, I can't remember what the problem was but it must have been a bad leak because during my dad's final attempt to fix it he used caulk to put everything together. My mom made the comment about how would it be able to come apart again with all that caulk, my dad simply said "it isn't coming apart again because if this doesn't fix it then we're getting a new one". It didn't fix it so we ended up with a new washer AND matching dryer. :)

The last time our fkucen washing machine sh1t itself, we had to wait for 3 fcuken days for this new electronic fcuken part to fix the fcuka.

I think that she must've got a shot of lightening which fcuked it good 'n proper.
So anyway, it was right at the end of the working week and the fcuken clothes basket was full to the brim with dirty washing.

When I got up on the Saturday morning and had a tub, I went to grab a clean pair of jocks, but be fcuked, there was none left.

Well fcuk it, I had to get a pair of stinkin' skid stained, fart ridden dirty ol' jocks outa the clothes basket and turn the bastards inside out so that I had some to wear for the day.
That pissed me off.  ;D

I just had to repair the belt on my In laws 30 year old Whirlpool dryer because the senile old girl did not let the washer spin out and put a full load of soaking wet clothes in the dryer.

My brother in law, who I think can't pour piss from a boot with directions on the heal did not get the call I did.

I always get the call; I think this makes HIM the smart one, and that pisses me off.  :)

That's a thought !!!! HD could diversify into washing machines. The sales pitch could be "works even during power outages, massive 1500 RPM spin speed, and will last all of 6 months. All this for only $20,000"  Could be their salvation !

I've got a couple of those badges as well mate that gave me hard time and I'm still not 100% happy with them. (ie Pissed Off)

I can remember something about putting them in warm water to make them more pliable.
What I'm thinking of doing is to try and shape them around an old tank so that they don't scratch the new paintwork.

what pisses off: why cant they tell that those "gnuine perfect highest quality reproductions parts made in Japan" simply dont fit and are not shaped as the genuine badges (e.g. those from Yamiya) are?
