Mate, if the interviewees want a job, they better like it! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Owner of the small company I work for used to meet candidates in pajamas and slippers.  He sold the company for 60 mega or so and the new owner - General Dynamics - has problem with engineers walking around bare foot.

Well I've been pissed off for the last few weeks because I thought I was going to miss out on an all expenses paid holiday, er, I mean, working week in Darwin, but I got a phone call from my operations manager last night asking me if I'd mind flying up there to conduct the interviews for our new defence contract? Woohoo!

I'm not sure when I'm going, (he sent me an email to my work email address but I'd already pissed off early, so I won't see it until Monday) but I imagine it'll be in the next week or two, so I've gotta dig out my shorts and thongs (flip flops, for my perverted American cousins) and my stubby holder, what else will I need Mick? Cheers, Terry. ;D
I reckon that you've got it fairly well canvassed mate.
Maybe some spare cash for the bail money incase the coppers round us up for being drunk and disorderly in a public place.  ;D

The weather is magic at the moment and it gets down to a freezing 20 degC at about 4:00 am in the morning but a pair of jeans and a fleecy bush shirt sorts that out.
It hit 11 C the other morning but it warms up pretty quickly.
You'll love it up here mate.
Have you got my mobile number otherwise I'll PM it to you.
 ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D

If I was you
I'd be worried about me.

G'day Mick, well it hasn't hit 20 deg C here in the last couple of months, so I'm looking forwards to some warmer weather! OK, shorts, thongs, bail money, extra smokes to use as currency in jail and some Old Spice so I can stay out of the showers?

You might have sent me your mobile number before, but PM me again mate, I've probably lost it. Cheers, Terry. ;D

General Dynamics pissed me off (as an OZ army radio operator - sig) in 1970. We were on operations (survey) in Kalimantan (Borneo) and Singapore using their radios. These receiver/transmitters were huge two piece type things and worked very well, when they worked. The heat was always causing them to break down. Of seven sets (3 in Singapore and 4 in Kalimantan) we ended up down to 2 only operational and the techs were always working on them. At about this time General Dynamics were pissing off the RAAF as they had orders for their F111Cs  which were also having reliability problems.

The Vege garden has gone bloody mad and I'm getting fcuken hungry waiting for the fcukers to grow.
Now, the biggest concern at the moment is that me corn plant has cracked a 24 Hr stiffy.  ;D
The Tomato plant that the fcuken Bandicoot had a go at has survived the ordeal and that fcuken Bandicoot has got the Simmons scope cross hairs trained on every fcuken step.  ;D

If I was you

Mick, we had something get into the peas on Thursday night.  I don't know what it was, but I've got my suspicions on a friggin bandicoot.  There isn't a pod left on the vines lower than a foot off the ground.  It wouldn't want to make a habit of it, otherwise it may get a fatal dose of lead poisoning from the peas.  Funnily enough though, nothing else was touched.

Yes, I have to agree that was a shocking one.  ;D ;D ;D

The funny thing is the little bastard only ate the peas and left pods everywhere.  At first the missus blamed me, but I'm not silly enough to leave the pods behind, the chooks get those ;D.

I was up before the sun this morning mate and there were 3 holes dug in the yard which definitely would've been a fcuken Bandicoot.
The fcukas chew holes in the poly pipe to get a drink of water but they only do it when your asleep.

The fcukas are as sneaky as a fcuken crow.
Those fcuken crows know when the rifle bolt clicks and they fcuk off immediately.
I've dropped a few of the #$%*s over the years but it's cost a few rounds of ammo.  ;D

If I was you

That's why you use lever action, Mick.  The #$%*ing crows can't dodge rapid fire and a good shot ;).

We have a couple of bandicoot holes around the place, but they don't normally make themselves known.  They are even leaving my sweet potatos alone, at this stage.  Old George doesn't think much of them though, he goes for a sniff around the place every morning, it is the only time the lazy little #$%* gets excited about anything except for dinner time. ;D

Sounds more likely to be possums, they're quite dextrous little buggers.

The only lever action that I've got mate is a single shot Martini 380 Cadet with a hex barrel.
Trying to find ammo for that is like trying to make a fcuken crow stay still.  ;D

You can drop 38 specials into it but that's tempting fate.
At some stage, it got rechambered so she's just one of those sentimental things now.

We've got possums here as well krusty.
Maybe it was a fcuken Possum and not a fcuken Badicoot that humped my Tomato bush.
I still reckon that it was a fcuken Bandicoot though.

A few years ago, I set a cat trap on the back lawn to catch this fcuka that was pissin on my Toyota and there was a fcuken Bandicoot in the trap the following morning.
I let him go and it's probably that fcuka that bred and now it's the fcuken Bandicoot Grandkids that are having a go at the Tomato Bushes.  ;D
