New throttle cable for the MT50 arrived today, so in it went, set the oil pump, couple of kicks and she ring da dings into life, sadly, the revs climbed high into the power band, that's when I realised it didn't have a kill switch. Not wanting my baby to explode, I jabbed it into first and slid across the back lawn, feathering the clutch, with the front brake locked up, trying not to wheelie into oblivion, until I hit my target of the clothes line, and managed to stall the fire breathing monster.
Luckily, no-one to see me, otherwise that would have pissed me off.
