Can anyone tell me the bolt size for the fender on a cb500? Not the bolts for the fender braces...the actual bracket mount hole size. Thank you.

You mean where the actual fender attaches to the brace/bracket? That's riveted.

The forks have a hole where the fender is bolted to the forks.... i need to know the size of the bolt that goes in the forks to bolt the front fender on.

No offense but info like that is readily available from the parts books (microfiche) of the online retailers like motogrid.com; bikebandit.com or any of hundreds of dealers.
That's where I would have to go to answer your question.
