question of the day, is,    when riding straight ahead, bike pulls left.....grab the front brake lightly,  and it pulls right...... grab front brake hard, and bike acts normal..... any thoughts ?

First thing - check air pressure.

How does it react to acceleration, vs compression braking without applying the front brake?
Don't fix it if it ain't broke!

goes straight when accelerating hard, seems to pull mostly when pulling away from a stop.    the bars are not bent, I have to fight it to get it to go straight when its pulling,   oh, air pressure is ok

Check for side-to-side play at the back wheel. Might be worn swing-arm bushings?

At this point everything is in play. driving rt or lft is often swingarm. But that doesn't square with the frt brake. Worn SA bushes respond to throttle input. Feels like it drives rt or lft when you throttle on or off.

Has the frt wheel been off? I'm scared about your front wheel clamps and or the axle should be very tight before the wheel is clamped to the fork.

But really, just a WAG.
