rear axle shaft hard to drive all the way through hub

Here's some pics. Got my new rear wheel bearings on my 750KO in and everything looks good. But something must not be right. When I go to push the axle through it does fine until it starts coming out the other side. Than it gets to where I can't push it any further by hand and I have to get a small hammer and tap it the rest of the way. Should I have to do this? With old bearings I could push axle in or pull axle out by hand.

I usually find the same thing. It may be that the spacer is slightly misaligned. Shouldn't be a major problem. Have you applied a little grease to the axle itself?

Very normal. The inner tube usually misaligns a tad, then straightens up after the axle is thru. I always grease the axle, that way it will always be better next time. ;)
