fork oil grade and quantity

Gidday.

Can someone recommend the correct oil and quantity for a K2 fitted with twin discs and new progressive springs.

Not sure - but assume your dual-disks are not relevant - Honda Service Manual states 220-230cc of 10w weight.
I bought 10w FORK oil from my local Honda dealer - 1 litre brand X for $10 and fitted 225cc per leg. I have Hyperpro progessive springs. I feel well-sprung...and after 5,000km or so - all seems well.
