Honda cb750 custom cafe' racer, 2010 bike

 finally finished gas tank build and paint for the custom cb750 cafe' racer- candy wineberry that has to be seen in the sun for true color.
bike was done in early spring(6month build) but due to increased work i did not have the time to finish building the tank until late july...
some build info:
cbx forks with cut down tubes and rotors
custom parts;
fork deflectors
front fender brackets
straps for deflectors
speedo gauge with lights
tach housing
gauge bracket
headlight brackets
master cylinder and tube
cables
gas tank
oil tank
braided oil lines
seat
chain guard
cooling rotor
rear inlet/exhaust screen
c/shaft cover
tail light lens/bezel
tail light housing/ festoon led bulb holders
mufflers
headers and retention clips/springs
muffler brackets and mounts

will update with a few close ups when i have some more time/photos

Dude!NICE... but we need way more details. Oil tank, trees, instruments, electrics, engine details... well basically a complete build thread!

most of the build up was on cafe' racer.net site but i can add some build photo's ..
oil tank , braided oil lines, rear baking plate

counter shaft cover is .050 aluminum sheet .

aluminum brake adjuster--- sell these also if interested. fit all japanese brake rods

 braided oil lines that i made dies for to crimp, screen cover properly....
modified fork caps...
master cyl resevoir and fitting.
ign sw bracket

Every time I see a "cafe racer" thread I get worried its someones rat nest with a rattle can paint job.


This is of a level of quality we don't see to often, the stance is awesome, the proportions are spot on and the workmanship is great!

Beautiful work mate, and I love your silver bike too, very cool! I'm sorry, but I'm seriously considering stealing your mesh clutch cover treatment when I refit my lockup clutch, and I'm gonna turn up a knurled rear brake adjuster like yours while I'm at it too, very nice indeed! ;D

that's so weird. I was JUSt on your site the other day and was just about to buy your adjuster too! I was ALSO just thinking.."Yeah..I like that mesh cover.. I'm gonna make one..say..didn't I just see another one like that a few days ago? WAIT! this is the same guy! LOL"

great bike. i like your adjuster price better than Joker's that's for sure... LOL. I'm gonna go buy one right now in fact.

 added a small 12 volt bulb in the speedo since bicycle computers are not lit up normally.
removed visor from speedo but kept one on the tachometer...

i met the fellow from joker at mid ohio a few years ago who wanted to copy the rear vent screen i had on the green honda and others who copied parts i made but that is the way it is .......anyhow my paypal is joesvcycle@comcast.net

tank in progress...
tail light parts before assembly..used festoon led's in fuse holders for tail light and resistors to dim lights (brakes off) lights on.....
