Topic: New bike, need help with this hose?

I just picked up a 1971 Honda CL350 and had it running for a bit until i noticed that this little hose was leaking gas. Im new to this whole scene so hopefully you guys can help me out. Its a clear tube from under the carburetor that is not connected anywhere. Below is a picture.





if we try to plug the hose up itll leak from a pin on the side of the carb. Where my finger is down below.



Any help would be great guys.

That's the float bowl overflow tube, which means either the float is sticking or the needle valve isn't closing completely.  Could also be a cracked overflow pipe.

Thanks! Will be taking the carbs off and cleaning them.

If it's been sitting for a while and you put new gas in and now it leaks, my guess is stuck float needle.

The carbs are pulled out and I'm about to start the cleaning process. While were at it, my front brakes are seized. Does anyone know what bikes share the same brake assembly as a 71 Honda CL350?
